VIG incorporates technology advances for logistics, order management, and online publishing to help automate the order and delivery process. Currently, VIG has established a strategic partnership with *Direct  EDI. 

*Direct EDI is an e-commerce solution provider, which specializes in providing web-based EDI solutions to companies worldwide.  Direct EDI is continually pushing the limits of e-commerce supply chain connectivity.  Their finger is firmly on the pulse of advances in the information management industry, specializing in the integration of small and medium sized business into existing supply chain networks.  The Web-Based EDI system features a user friendly web interface, flexible integration capability, and superior customer service.

VIG has implemented Direct EDI system into our computer programs.  This enables us to work directly with larger companies such as Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to receive purchase orders electronically.  When those purchase orders are received, Direct EDI creates the bill of lading, packing slip, and shipping label for our product cartons which are in our warehouse.  The warehouse can then print the purchase order, bill of lading, and labels that day to prepare the product for shipment.  Having the EDI system benefits VIG because it is easier for larger companies to do business with companies who have this capability.
