Procedures/Testing Details |
We begin our QC process by inspecting all incoming raw materials to make sure they meet our high standards of quality. As production begins, we place several QC inspectors at key stages of production to check for product defects or imperfections. Once our products pass through our assembly line inspections, our QC inspectors conduct a final comprehensive check during packaging. Items are inspected at each stage of production with a random check on 15% of all final products, or according to customer request. A final inspection is performed again before final delivery.

| We regularly train our QC staff regarding the latest in QC techniques. We train our QC staff in-house and also contract independent agencies to provide additional training support. |
